SPJGA to meet with Haitian journalist delegation to discuss ethics and practices of U.S. journalism

Haitian flagATLANTA, GEORGIA —SPJ Georgia will be meeting with a delegation of Haitian journalists on Thursday, June 4, as part of the U.S. State Department’s and Georgia Council for International Visitors’ leadership program, “Journalism in a Democratic Society.” Members of SPJ Georgia will be holding a discussion on how professional journalists promote ethical and professional journalism practices in the U.S. For more information about this meeting, its location or if SPJ Georgia members or members of the media would like to attend, contact Sharon Dunten, president of SPJ Georgia at sdunten.spjgeorgia@gmail.com.
