SPJ Georgia president Katja Ridderbusch and SPJ Georgia treasurer Susanna Capelouto gave a preview of our upcoming media literacy initiative, Georgia Knows Media, at SkillsFest26.

The media literacy initiative will be coming soon to towns across Georgia.

SkillsFest26 is a free, two-day online training event organized by SPJ and SPJ New England, with support from leading journalism organizations including the Committee to Protect Journalists, Solutions Journalism Network, The Trace and The Global Center for Journalism and Trauma.

SPJ Georgia was honored to participate.
