Freelancers of all experience levels heard from seasoned editors about how to make successful story pitches. Editors critiqued various pitches and explained the type of pitches that work for their publications.

The editors were Allison Entrekin of Atlanta Magazine and Southbound Magazine, Paul Fain of Work Shift, Collin Kelley of Atlanta Intown and Rough Draft, Lou Harry of Quill Magazine and Laura Kate Whitney of Good Grit.
