SPJ Georgia signed another coalition letter demanding the release of Atlanta journalist Mario Guevera from federal detention.

The letter was drafted by the Committee to Protect Journalists and signed by SPJ National, The Atlanta Press Club, the Georgia First Amendment Foundation and others.

The national Society of Professional Journalists released the following statement earlier this summer.
